the location was ideal, it was close to a station. the checking in process was easy, which i appreciated. i liked that there was an option of breakfast, even though i did not use it.
i did not like climbing the stairs to get to my room. the restaurant is discounted for hotel guests! but it was not replenished prior to closing.

i found the complimentary cheese and wine service quite a pleasant surprise, offered on select days. the hotel made it very easy to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. the availability of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room was an added convenience i certainly took advantage of.
The room i stayed in felt a bit small. Storage was limited, so managing luggage required careful planning.

The tv included f1 channels, a welcome surprise. i had four pillows available. these pillows were comfortable, with a good balance of firmness and softness. the location proved convenient. I could walk to king's cross in about 30 minutes, letting me sleep a bit more.
the room size was indeed small, making movement for two people plus luggage tricky.
